End to End

Tour-Level Technology
The No. 1 launch monitor trusted and used on the PGA Tour, the same camera-based system relied on by club fitters and PGA coaching facilities worldwide.
Built for Venues Where the Guest Experience Is the Product
A simulator bay is a commercial asset. It extends dwell time, creates a booking reason during quiet hours, and gives your venue something your competitors cannot easily replicate. What that looks like depends entirely on the space and the audience.

Golf Clubs & Academies
Year-round practice and coaching capacity that is unaffected by weather or daylight, plus a data platform for member fittings and junior development.

Property Developers
Show flat and clubhouse amenities that demonstrate lifestyle value to buyers, and permanent installations that support long-term asset positioning.

Member's Clubs
An evening draw for the members who already play, or want to play: bring friends back to the club for a few holes, then straight into the bar and dining rooms they already know.

Corporate & Co-working
Wellness and client-entertainment facilities that support tenant retention and give leasing teams a genuine point of difference from their competition.

Hotels & Resorts
An amenity that differentiates the property, drives F&B spend and gives corporate guests a reason to stay in-house during evenings and poor weather.

What a Foresight Installation Delivers Commercially
A well-specified simulator bay is more than a practice replacement. Positioned and operated correctly, it becomes a revenue-generating asset in its own right. Here’s how that plays out in practice.
Revenue From Existing Floorspace
Bays can be operated on booking, membership, package or event models. We help you model realistic utilisation for your venue type before specification.
Longer Dwell, Higher Spend
Simulator sessions run in blocks of an hour or more, almost always in groups, almost always alongside food and beverage. The venue captures the spend.
A Weather-Proof Booking Reason
Hong Kong’s climate removes outdoor golf from the calendar for weeks at a time. Indoor simulators convert those conditions into your strongest training periods.
How a Commercial Installation Works

01. Consultation
We discuss your venue, audience, commercial objectives and budget envelope. Usually a call or a meeting at your property.
02. Site Survey & Space Planning
We assess ceiling height, bay depth, flooring, power, ventilation, sightlines and acoustics, then produce a layout. Most venues have more options than they expect.

03. Specification & Proposal
A written proposal covering hardware, software, enclosure, build detail, timeline and cost. One document, no assumptions left open.
04. Build & Commissioning
Installation, calibration and testing by our own team. Coordinated around your trading hours and, where required, your main contractor.

05. Training & Ongoing Support
Staff training on operation and guest handling, plus local support and servicing. You deal with a Hong Kong team, not an overseas helpdesk.
Specified for Commercial Duty
Commercial bays face constant use, untrained users and a requirement to look permanent and considered. We specify accordingly — you do not need to compare devices; that is our job.
Best for: multi-bay commercial ranges and driving-range conversions.
A full commercial bay platform designed for continuous public use and high throughput.
A bespoke enclosure and bay built to your architecture, finishes and dimensions rather than a fixed package.
Best for: venues wanting a proven bay with a fixed footprint, price and timeline.
A complete package: enclosure, screen, projection, monitor and software, commissioned as one working system.

Your Questions Answered
A single bay typically requires around 3.5m width × 4.5m depth and a minimum ceiling height of approximately 3m. Many Hong Kong venues assume they cannot accommodate a bay and are wrong. A site survey settles it quickly.
Cost depends on bay count, enclosure specification, build complexity and software configuration. We provide a fixed written proposal after the site survey rather than an indicative range that misleads.
Yes. We are the authorised Foresight Sports partner for both Hong Kong and Macau, and support installations in both markets.
4-6 weeks from approved proposal, subject to site readiness. Installation is scheduled around your trading hours.
Our Hong Kong team. Support, servicing and software updates are handled locally, with staff retraining available as your team changes.
Yes. Sim-by-Design installations are built to your finishes, dimensions and brand scheme.
The strongest case usually combines two things: a client-entertainment space that differentiates you from a generic meeting room, and an employee wellness or retention perk that shows up in engagement feedback. We can help put together a short internal case with comparable examples once we understand what you're trying to justify it against.
Most Grade A office buildings in Hong Kong can accommodate a bay without structural work; power and ventilation are the main considerations. We handle the landlord liaison and fit-out approval documentation as part of the site survey, so it's not something your facilities team has to chase separately.
Enclosed bays are acoustically treated and sit within normal meeting-room noise levels. Sound isolation for bays near open-plan seating is factored into the layout during the site survey.
No. The software includes guided practice modes and non-golf games, so it works as a general team and client space rather than something only golfers use. Most corporate installs see a mix of serious practice and casual, social use.
Yes. GCHawk and similar setups support other simulated sports in the same bay, which makes it useful for company events and team-building beyond golf specifically.
Yes, including across Hong Kong and Macau. Each site gets its own survey and specification, but the process and support stay consistent across all your locations.
